This studio unit features one queen bed to sleep a max of two people. It has a sitting area, private bath with shower, a small refrigerator, microwave, flatscreen TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and all linens and towels.

It is located on the side of the building and shares a private entrance with #5. It includes a semi-private porch area as well. Consider renting both #4 and #5 for your own private getaway. Both rooms have just had a facelift, think young & fresh!

Room #5

Adjacent to #4, this studio unit features one queen bed to sleep a max of 2 people. It has a sitting area, private bath with shower, small refrigerator, microwave, flatscreen TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and all linens and towels.  The calming color choice of this room will welcome you right into the LBI spirit and get you in the vacation state of mind…

It is located on the side of the building and shares a private entrance with #4. It includes a semi-private porch area as well. Perfect for folks who like the feel of a motel but the amenities of an Inn.

Room #8

Freshly sanded hardwood floors!  This ocean view (peek) studio sleeps up to four and includes one queen bed and a twin day bed with trundle. With private bath, dining nook, individual split unit air conditioning (NEW!), refrigerator, microwave, Live TV and streaming (Disney+, ESPN, YouTube), flatscreen, wi-fi, hair dryer and all linens.

This unit is located on the second floor and looks out towards the ocean. It has that Victorian charm and is very bright and airy. At night you can hear the pounding of the waves, and catch that ocean breeze!

Room #10

This recently remodeled studio unit is located on the third floor. But oh, is it worth it! Spacious, with one queen bed and a twin day bed with trundle to sleep up to four people, it includes a dining area, refrigerator, microwave, flatscreen w/ Live TV and streaming (Disney+, ESPN, YouTube), wi-fi, individual split unit air conditioning (NEW!), hair dryer, all linens and towels, and large private bath. With the best view in the house, the bathroom has a small window seat looking out towards to ocean and includes a shower. Early risers can catch the sunrise right from the boudoir!

The views are awesome. Catch the sunset from the west, Bicentennial Park to the north, or the ocean to the east. Airy, with natural breezes, your reward for that climb up the stairs!

Please note…the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor are Victorian stairs, meaning they are steep. If this doesn’t work for you, check out another studio, room 8 on the 2nd floor.
