#8 : This ocean view (peek) studio sleeps up to four and includes one full bed and one pull out pop up hi-riser bed. With private bath, dining nook, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, DirecTV, wi-fi, and all linens.

This unit is located on the second floor and looks out towards the ocean. It has that Victorian charm and is very bright and airy. At night you can hear the pounding of the waves, and catch that ocean breeze!



#10: This studio unit is located on the third floor. But oh, is it worth it! Spacious, with one full bed and one pull out pop up hi-riser to sleep a total of four, it includes a dining area, refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, DirecTV, air conditioning, and large private bath. With the best room in the house, the bathroom has a small window seat, shower and small dresser. Early risers can catch the sunrise right from the boudoir!

The views are awesome. Catch the sunset from the west, Bicentennial Park to the north, or the ocean to the east. Airy, with natural breezes, your reward for that climb up the stairs!





#4: This studio unit features one queen bed plus convertible chair to sleep a max of three people. It has a private bath with shower, small refrigerator, microwave and all linens and towels. Recently remodeled, we're going for a bit of Zen... some natural materials and earthtones that balance the sea.

It is located on the side of the building and shares a private entrance with #5. It includes a semi-private porch area as well. Consider renting both #4 and #5 for your own private getaway. Both rooms have just had a facelift, think young & fresh!





#5: Adjacent to #4, this studio unit features one queen bed plus convertible chair to sleep two people, plus a small child. It has a private bath, small refrigerator, microwave and all linens and towels. Recently remodeled, we're going for a bit of Zen... some natural materials and earthtones that balance the sea.

It is located on the side of the building and shares a private entrance with #4. It includes a semi-private porch area as well. Perfect for folks who like the feel of a motel but the amenities of an Inn.
