Rates are based on two (studios) or four persons to a room (efficiencies & suites).
Additional guests (12 and over) are $25 per person per day.

POLICIES:

We are a NON-SMOKING property. Sorry no pets allowed. Though we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate them at the Windward. We can suggest several boarding facilities nearby. All registered guests must be 25 years or older or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Property quiet hours: 10pm - 8am.

*** TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY: We have temporarily changed our cancellation policy. We have had a fairly strict cancellation policy, that’s become necessary over time. You see, when the weather forecast looks bad, there’s a slew of cancellations, and with our small size, it’s tough to rebook at the last minute. But during this challenging time, we understand the uncertainty ahead, and more importantly from a safety standpoint, if ill, we want you to stay home and take care of your health as well as your family’s. Effective 5/20/20, we are easing our cancellation policy to reflect the current pandemic. For bookings made from now until July 30 (we’ll reevaluate at that time), we’ll be flexible. You can reschedule your stay without any payment penalties (no change fee).

Cancellations due to Covid-19 (illness or quarantine) can be cancelled, with deposits paid transferring to a future stay or gift certificate that you can use at a future date.
If you book one of our specials (payment in full/non-refundable), the Covid-19 cancellation policy still stands (if payment in full, the entire deposit converts to future stay or gift certificate). Please, stay home if you've been exposed to Covid-19, have a fever, or show any signs of the virus.
This temporary change in policy is for Covid-19. If you would like more security for other issues, we suggest you secure trip insurance through Travel Guard or another travel plan. At present many plans offer an add-on CFAR plan (cancel for any reason). Typically these plans run around $75-$100 for a week or less.

*** This policy does not apply to special discounts or packages. Those are payment in full; non-refundable. Should you or your family become ill with Covid-19, we will rebook or issue a gift certificate for a future stay. Medical/Doctor confirmation required for all Covid-19 cancellations.


Cancellation Policy: One night stays require payment in full and are non-refundable. For stays of two nights or more, a deposit of 50% is required at booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $95 booking fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit total amount paid. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left.
** SPECIALS, DISCOUNTS and THIRD PARTY party bookings (Booking.com, Priceline, Kayak, etc.) require payment in full and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illnesses, nor do we give refunds for early departures. If you anticipate changes in your plans we suggest you secure trip interruption insurance prior to booking (TravelGuard.com). Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left.

Hurricane Policy: In the event of a hurricane or major named storm, we will give refunds for nights that are impacted by a mandatory evacation to the island only. Please see our detailed hurricane policy for more information.
