One Room Efficiencies

#2 : This efficiency unit sleeps up to six and includes two full beds, plus one hi-riser pull-out-pop up bed, full apartment size kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc.), DirecTV, wi-fi, air conditioning, private bath and all linens. It is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the enclosed wrap-around porch for easy access to the porch, patio & beach.

This is a great room for families who would like to enjoy the porch, yet be close to sleeping children. It is also convenient to the outside patio and Atlantic St. door for a quick exit to the beach!



#3: Sleeping up to six, this one room efficieny unit includes private bath, two full beds, plus one pull-out pop-up hi-riser, full apartment size kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, all dishes and utensils), wi-fi, DirecTV, and all linens. For a bit of charm, it has a fireplace (non-working) and bay window to the porch.

Also conveniently located just off the enclosed wrap around porch, this corner unit is great for families who would like to enjoy the porch while the kids sleep nearby. Close to the outside patio and gas grill, the unit is great basecamp for a dinner under the stars!

#11: This two room efficiency sleeps four in two full beds and includes a large private bath, separate full kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils), dining nook, air conditioning, wi-fi, DirecTV, and all linens and towels.

Located on the third floor, there are peeks of the ocean, and an awesome sunset to the west. Airy, this unit can be combined with #10 for the perfect escape for families or couples.
